CSR Performance Ladder

The CSR Performance Ladder is a management system that focuses on the development, implementation and alignment of policy on 33 indicators. These 33 indicators fall into the People, Planet, Profit category. You should think of topics such as discrimination, energy and contributions to the local economy. These indicators focus on the entire operational management of a company. The formulated policy must be coordinated with the stakeholders of the organization.

The CSR Performance Ladder consists of 5 steps. Steps 1 and 2 are the first step towards growing up to step 3. Step 3 leads to a general elaboration of the indicators in the sector. From step 3 companies can go up the ladder to step 4 and 5 by working out the indicators in a more specific and distinctive way and by coordinating them more widely.
